Valentine's Chocolate Cupcake

Happy Valentines Everyone!

Last week i was thinking what to give to my two boys in Valentine's Day i can't even think of something to buy for them that's why i decided to bake a chocolate heart cupcake for them, besides they love chocolate cupcake specially my little boy. So i'm here to share with you guys my homemade chocolate cupcake . Lets start.



For Cupcakes you'll need the following:

1 tbsp butter
2 cup of sugar
1 3/4 cup flour 
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 large egg
1 cup of milk
1/2 oil
2 tbsp vanilla 
Hot coffee

For Ganache Frosting

Dark chocolate 
Cream

Combine dark chocolate and cream put it in the oven wait till it melt. it should me look like this.


Procedures:

Combine your dry ingredients flour,sugar,coco powder,baking soda and salt.
Add the egg one by one then the milk and oil.
Mix it together till 2 minutes till it become smooth.
Add vanilla and hot coffee then mix it together.
Pour the mixture in your mold.
Bake 30-35 minutes.







Here you go your Chocolate Valentines Cupcakes.

  5. I would also love to learn how to bake delicious sweets like this more if only I have more time to spend in the weekends. :) The chocolate cupcake looks so delicious!

  6. These look like mini cakes because of the shape! I wish I could also bake, but we don't have oven at home. Huhu.
    That would be the best gift for me, to be able to make something for your loved ones. :)
